When your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email from us. You meet our staff at the theatre 30 minutes before the show starts to receive your tickets! We are not the ticket window! Pick up your tickets from our guide!  Note: Cancel up to 8 hours in advance for a full refund. The show time may change, so need to confirm again on the show’s morning. Online booking will close 6 hours before the show starts. Limited availability and full price without payment in advance. Infants are required to have a ticket.  The show will be closed every Tuesday. We cannot offer service if you do not make payment in advance. We cannot offer service if you do not have WhatsApp, WeChat, or iMessage.
